ZERO1 IS FINALLY GOING TO RUN A SHOW IN SUMO HALL
After being delayed for over two years ZERO1 is finally going to be holding their Sumo Hall show they announced in 2019, every year it’s been pushed back due to the pandemic and the fact that ZERO1 is just clinging onto life as a pro wrestling company but I dare say this will be their final ever Ryogoku show so they’ve gone all out and how could you not love it. Interestingly enough there is no match for Masato Tanaka yet which is absolutely mindboggling but also the most Zero1 thing ever. I pray he gets a spot on the card, I throw out the idea of a singles match between he and Kohei Sato as they have both been integral parts of the company for over 20 years and Kohei isn’t booked himself which is saddening.

KANON – THE FREE AGENT
KANON has impressed the 25 of us international fans that have viewed Taka Michinoku’s Just Tap Out promotion the past few years and there is no doubting the fact the guy is a stud. He quickly ascended to the top of the JTO cards along with Tamura Hayato and Ryuya Takekura within his first few months as a wrestler . He is only 25 with a great muscular physique so anyone with a brain immediately thinks he must be GLEAT bound and in my opinion that seems like his likely destination. Taka Michinoku appeared over the weekend on his first GLEAT/Lidet branded show so maybe there’s something to look into there but all we know for certain is that next month KANON will be a free agent. Good luck to him, I can only see the guy succeeding. Months ago I did an article on the “Top 10 wrestlers who will carry the indies for the next 20 year” and he was my #2 pick so that goes to show how highly I rate him.

Onita is back with FMW-E on April 24th, you’ve got Skull Reaper-Aiji and Umanosuke Ueda from the Freelance Team Oita promotion featured fairly high on the poster and with Skull Reaper-Aiji being a politician one would think that they are helping promote/put on this event. Onita has never worked a show for FTO so when this poster came out I was certainly surprised.
